Abstract

In a competitive marketplace, effective talent acquisition is crucial for 
organizational success and sustainability. This paper explores various strategies 
organizations employ to attract and retain top talent in a rapidly evolving business 
environment. It examines innovative approaches to recruitment, the impact of employer 
branding, and the role of technology in streamlining the hiring process. Through a
